Marx’s theory contains a wealth of social management thought. Marx haven’t specifically book to discuss the social management thought, by exploring the relationship between society and the State, Marx gradually formed this idea. Marx believed that in the primitive society there is no country; social affairs are dealt with by the society itself. However, due to the immature development of society itself, so that it does not solve the problem of class contradictions differentiation in the society itself, When it is necessary for the state to ease the conflicts of social class., and the social management function then handed over to state instead of execution. Since then, in social development of the immature stage, the nation leads the social management. Marx stressed that the country has double functions. The implementation of social management functions is a necessary condition for the country. As society itself continues to mature, when it does not require the State to replace the community to implement the social management, the country toward extinction, and the right of social management to return to society, that is Social autonomy. Based on the criticism of the capitalist country’ social management, Marx proposed the idea of social management of the state of proletarian dictatorship, and a series of scientific ideas about the social management in the communist society. Marx’s Social Management contains a wealth of values, this is an important guiding significance for our country to deepen the social reform and innovate the institutional mechanisms of social management.
