The Study Of Rural Moral Construction From The Urban And Rural Areas As A Whole

Because of the China’s long-term execution of urban and rural division of the Binary System,formed the urban and rural branches of binary structure.It leads to more and more big gap between the city and the countryside. And the expansion of the gap between urban and rural areas has already constituted challenges to our China’s socialist modernization construction.Also caused the high attention of the party and the government. At the beginning of this century,the communist party of China timely put forward to implementing the coordinated urban and rural development strategy.This strategy includes both urban and rural areas as a whole political and economic development,also including the coordination of urban and rural culture development.And cultural development in coordinated urban and rural areas is directly involved in urban and rural moral and ethical construction.After the implementation of coordinated urban and rural policy,opening the urban and rural areas,city culture and market economy is seeping into the countryside.Affected by city culture and the influence of the market economy,the rural society happened a drastic change, and the farmers’ production mode,life style,habits and moral are changed.Coordinated urban and rural development is inseparable from the rural moral construction.The construction of rural moral level will return to influence the development process of urban and rural areas.At bottom,the rural moral construction is an essential aspect in the balancing urban and rural development.Since the reform and opening,the rural moral construction has made some achievements.But with the development of the market economy,there also exist some problems in the rural moral construction at present.If it doesn’t solve timely, not only harmful the long-term development of the rural society,but also can affect the construction of socialistic harmonious society.Therefore,this paper discussed the present problems that existing in the construction of rural moral and analyze reasons and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,is realistic.Based on the background of coordinated urban and rural areas,this paper explored the coordinated urban and rural and moral construction in rural mutual relationship.And on this basis, it analyst the current situation of China’s rural moral construction,including the main achievement. Such as farmers’ideological and moral level increases,rural social life style more civilized and began to form the new health rural interpersonal relationship;also including some problems.For example of moral norms, the phenomenon of the hardware facilities and moral education level lag behind.In face of these problems that focus on the analysis of the causes of the above form.Including the traditional farmers’morality impact of the market economy,urban and rural segmentation system not eliminate at all,and the weakening of guidance subjects of the rural moral construction in this three aspects.Meanwhile,based on the combining and absorbing some of the predecessors’results put to theoretical research,and combined with the practice of coordinated urban and rural development, this thesis discussed the beneficial counter measures of rural moral construction from the economic development, strengthening the guidance subject role, optimize social environment and other aspects.
