| Over the past decade, as the gradual transformation of college education from "Elite Education" to "Mass Education" and the adjustment of university graduates employment policy from "Job Assignment" to "Two-way Selection", the unemployment rate has been increasing rapidly. This large portion of the unemployed becomes a kind of group around colleges which is called "School-Sides". For their own future, they have made other choices, such as further education, taking the civil service exam or waiting for a better job, etc., so they choose to live close to a college that is rich in resources of all types of information. Because the number of "School-Sides" is expanding over the years, they have become a hot social issue. And the emergence of "School-Sides" is also the objective reality that we must face.By reference to the related literature and content analysis, this paper discusses and researches "School-Sides" concept, the theoretical basis, the existing problems and the reality plight, and according to the practical problems proposes the appropriate countermeasures. First, refer to the relevant literature, the related concepts of "School-Sides" ideological and political education have been clear. Focus on the basis of people-oriented and comprehensive human development, this paper analyzes ideological situation and existing problems of "School-Sides" from the types, characteristics, causes and its status quo. Second, from a macro and micro point of view this paper analyzes the difficulties that China’s "School-Sides" ideological and political education faces. There are three main points. First, various circles of society do not pay much attention to "School-Sides" ideological and political education; second, the study on "School-Sides" ideological and political education from the education sector and academia is not in-depth enough; Third, the responsibilities division of "School-Sides" Ideological and political education work is not clear. Finally, for the special groups, living in scattered, frequent movement, and the political difficulties of the ideological and political education work caused by object, place and unfixed carrier, the innovative work should focus on the basis of colleges, universities and communities to construct "School-Sides" ideological and political education work force, to regulate the community "School-Sides" ideological and political work system, to clear the education content, and to improve the quality of the ideological and political education work force by using of all available resources.On the surface, the generation of "School-Sides" has eased the pressure on employment of university graduates, but it is also the employment pressure that prompts the generation of "School-Sides". The two are intrinsically linked. Through rational understanding of "School-Sides" phenomenon, in the work of helping "School-Sides" strengthening the ideological and political education has a major theoretical and practical significance that helping "School-Sides" to form a reasonable self-positioning, enhancing the psychological quality training and forming the correct values. In this way the employment pressure can be truly alleviated. However, currently, nobody cares about "School-Sides". There are a lot of practical difficulties and problems in the work of "School-Sides" ideological and political education which are need to be solved actively. During the process to solve these problems, strengthening ideological and political education, advancing with the times, continuous innovation, and providing the correct methods and countermeasures for strengthening the ideological and political education are good for "School-Sides" to develop a good awareness of social role transformation, to integrate into society as soon as possible, to speed up the process of building a harmonious socialist society. |
