The Policy Change Of Agricultural Cooperation Movement And Farmer’s Psychology Research

Farmers are the mine force of the Chinese revolution. Since the initial established of the CCP, it have attached extreme importance to the peasant class. When lead the peasant movement, it pays special attention in the field of agricultural production through establishing and developing the production, consumption, trade and credit and other forms of cooperatives. When Party responsive to the voice of the broad masses of farmer and more respect and care for the vast majority’s interests, it was the benign operation period of the party’s co-operative policy; on the contrary, when because the work is simple and rough with force command and violations of the interests of farmers, it can cause strained relationship between the farmer and local cadres.This paper made a comprehensive analysis of the leadership of the Communist Party of China agricultural cooperative movement policy change and the psychological research of farmers, striving to display through panoramic view the whole magnificent historical process leaded by the party since the period of democratic revolution, to the completion of mutual senior co-operatives and the realization of collective via macro perspectives from the national policy-makers perspective and farmers psychological feedback via micro-perspective and revealing the contemporary revelation:firstly, when make out all agriculture principles and policies, we should maintain the fundamental interests of the masses of farmers; Secondly, when do research for the implementation effect of the agricultural policy, we should pay attention to the farmers’psychological change research. Thirdly, correctly handle the relationship between respect for objective law of economic construction and to develop people’s initiative; Last but not least, reasonable co-ordinate the relationship between urban and rural areas and workers and farmers, preventing continue expanding of ’price scissors’.
