The Study On The Law Of Marxism

Revealing the Laws of Marxism is a very important aspect of study of Marxism, so scholars had pay more attention on this issue, putting forward many valuable opinions. However, because of the complexity of developing process of the Marxism and the imperceptibility of the law itself, the study of this problem becomes difficult. Therefore, it is evidently difficult to sum up the Laws of Marxism comprehensively and accurately. At present, academia’s study on the Laws of Marxism is also limited to the extent of the classic Marxism’s relevant discusses, lacking of comprehensive and profound understanding.This thesis mainly involves the following aspects:firstly, basing on the analysis of authoritative views in academic circles("five laws theory"), I want to point out its defects and put forward some improving suggestions; Secondly, I want to grasp the couples of contradictions in the developing process of the Marxism, which are the primary and secondary contradictions according to their different position, and based on this, the laws of Marxism classified as primary law and secondary law; Finally, this thesis is to discusses how to develop Marxism following the laws.This thesis holds the opinions that:the main defects of "five laws theory" have confused the law and essence, failing to understand Lenin’s original intention accurately, and having not distinguished primary law from secondary law. In order to more scientific and in-depth research, we should distinguish primary law from secondary law of Marxism, contacting the practice of communist movement, and summarizing its law from the historical development of Marxism itself. The study on the laws of Marxism can provide us with the theoretical foundation to criticize anti-Marxist, and point out the direction for us in the process of developing Marxism in practice.
