Institutions which provide public services are our important social organization.Our institutions undertake science and technology, education, culture, health andother social welfare undertakings revitalization of the task, is an important implementin position in the national economy and social development playing an important role.The play has been difficult to adapt to the general requirements of the reform ofinstitutions. Reform of China’s institutions to employ the basic idea is: to convert theemployment system and invigorate the employment system as the key to theimplementation of employment systems and job management system as the maincontent; from fixed employment contract the employer to change, enhance the vitalityof institutions. Institutions in our employment system reform has made a series ofachievements, but also encountered many problems, hiring system is implemented tosolve the problems arising in the process, help promote the cause of the personnelsystem reform, promote reform of the institutions carried out on building a socialistharmonious society of great significance. Therefore, actively explore solutions toreform our institutions to employ effective measures in problems, promote thedeepening reform of China’s institutions to employ, has become the focus of muchattention.In this paper, motivation theory, based on the theory of public management,from our institutions to employ the process of reform and status quo, in-depth analysisof the employment system reform of China’s institutions, such as exist inunderstanding the existence of errors, unscientific management positions, who are notemployed placement of defective, and the supporting mechanism is not perfect and soon, and puts forward solutions to this problem: The reforms to establish a scientificconcept, positions for scientific management, triage is not employed under properarrangements, while constantly improving support mechanisms. In this paper, thisseries of study and research, with a view to reform our institutions to employ toprovide a little reference, but also look forward to reform our institutions to employthe relevant theoretical research to contribute.
