High dependence for daily care is demanded by most rural old people, high economic dependence on their children’s significantly and expectations for family daily care, and so on.The family is major source for rural old people’spirit life, due to higher rate for single or higher rate of widowed, their spirit life is not adequate, so that they need more emotional concern from their children. With the weakening of the bodily functions, the old are prone to pessimism, irritability, fear and other emotions, so that they need to get more comfort and care. The old people’s body functions is gradually aging, a great demand for medical treatment, but the wishes for their treatment is so lower, because the most of the aging elderly travel difficulties and troubles, if non-major diseases, they normally to select the uptown’s doctor, the medical home service needs stronger and stronger. In addition, due to the lower cultural level and life experiencing, knowledge about healthcare and medical care for the rural old people are poorly understood.The survey found that the care needs of the rural old people have not been very good to meet. There are many factors.First, the generation conflicts.The unequal distribution of benefits for family members, will certainly affect the quality about to care in the old people. Second, the carers of those difficult conditions. It included in a single care provider, care provider’s physical condition and economic pressures. Third, affected by customs and habits of two generations of people, the elderly would not like to live with their children. Many young people migrated to urban for working. Living on long-distance, it will be direct impact on the elderly’s care and the quality of care, as well as the emotional care. Fourth, with the increase of imgration and the quickening pace of social life, culture is also an important factor to affect the elderly care.With the speed up of the aging population, our country’s rural family care of the oldest old faces more challenges, many problems is beyond the ability of the rural family, and we should seek the support of the government and society...
