| With the explosive expansion of the scale of the Internet industry, it is gradually changing the production, work and lifestyle of the people, giving people greatly facilitate. But when people enjoy the pleasure of surfing the web, there are also risks to the privacy of the people, because of people’s privacy becoming more transparent and personal privacy information, unknowingly or unavoidable loss from the side. Privacy as a fundamental right of citizens should be protected by law. And network privacy as extension of privacy in the Internet environment is one of the most fundamental rights of network users, it also should be taken seriously. However, the reality is that network of people to privacy is under serious threat of unprecedented, and the protection to people’s network privacy is around the corner, we also aware that the reality of demand forces we must strengthen the protection of the network privacy.Therefore, in order to better protect citizens’privacy and research them in-depth, I write this article, which is also the starting point and purpose of this writing.The first part of this article begins with a set of real case, raising people’s awareness and exploring why citizens’ internet privacy so widely violated and why we must protect it, then we appeal that people should pay attention to protecting the privacy of their own network and establish the awareness of protecting the network; On this basis, the second part of this article is about the definition of network privacy related issues and the scope of internet privacy protection, then it can be more effective protection of Internet Privacy; The third part of this article analyses the infringement of Network privacy in a view of a legal point, and this part includes four small parts:elements, liability principle, the way of responsibility and illegality ground for elimination; The most important part of the article is the fourth part, it begins with the China’s Internet Privacy protection status and the problems, then it combines with our existing national and foreign successful experience, at the last we make a few suggestions about the building of Chinese characteristics network privacy protection system;The last part of this article that we want to innovate is about the building of the "Internet police", which are the "patron saint" of protecting the privacy of citizens network, although its function is so important,it is ignored by the former study.Cases and inductive reasoning is the research method. In the article, the author uses a set of cases to spark the Thoughts on Internet privacy protection, and gets the legal concept of the traditional to start pointing the logic, then through the analysis of the nature and scope of protection comparing to the traditional privacy and learning from foreign successful protection mode, we obtain the characteristics of the Internet Privacy Protection,which lay the foundation for building Chinese characteristics network privacy protection system. |
