In2010, No.1paper of the Central Committee put forward " take effective measures to solve the problems of Cenozoic migrant rural workers"In this thesis, based on the analysis of the scholars at home and abroad, data reference of questionnaire about the lifestyle of the cenozoic migrant workers in Changchun city. The author explores some obstacles for the workers to integrate into the city life and tries to find some solutions..In terms of the quantification analysis, the author works out the statistics on the workers’ marriage、consumption、recreation and social communication to reveal some problems that lie in emotion imbalance, low consumption level, simple cultural life and conservative social communication,and explain that the above problems hinder the workers to integrate into the city life. Meanwhile, the author also analyzes this point from the objective point of view that concentrates on the aspects of economy、institution culture and society, and subjective point of view that mainly focuses on the low sense of ownership of the city and negative consciousness of social participation. On the basis of the theoretical and empirical analysis, the writer puts forward a series of effective measures, mainly from the aspect of social consensus、institution and law in order to optimize the external environment and make the workers more effectively integrate into the society; By means of community culture government financing、enriching leisure life and strengthening professional skills training to promote the cultural environment of the integration; By virtue of the positive influence of the labour union、non-governmental organization and the workers’own effort, we can enhance the enthusiasm of the integration.
