Research For Cenozoic Migrant Workers' Marginalized Problem

As we all know, in binary structure system, cenozoic migrant workers'group is growing larger and larger. Even so, being lack of due rights and interests protection, the special group lies in a social "sandwich layer" position actually, they are double marginalized. And on the one hand, cenozoic migrant workers'emotional identification is dispelling gradually by the influence of constant urban culture. What's more, lifestyle is so great that they gradually can not adapt to the traditional rural lifestyle. Namely, cenozoic migrant are active to "abandon" their country. On the other hand, owing to estrangement and discrimination, cenozoic migrant are refused by city at the same time, which contribute them to suffer a gap between urban and rurual areas and wander in the edge of the city. Being neither farmer nor urbanian really make them helpless. Besides, it is still troublesome to deal well with those problems that their parent' generation have suffered, such as employment discrimination, arrears of wage, security incomplete, and difficult for heir children to enter school, political participation channels cramped, all of these are urgently to be solved.By comparing with the similarities and differences between the first generation of migrant workers and cenozoic migrant workers, this article analyses the current situation that our cenozoic migrant workers are tending to marginalize at presant. And through interviewing material and other scholars investigation, the author analyzes the cenozoic migrant workers'status quo of their some characteristics, which including politics, economy, culture and sociality. What's more, he also deeply analysis us the reason why the phenomenon has been happening in our country on the stage. As for the author, he consider four aspects as the main causes, such as systematic rejection of the new-old dual society structure, lack of formal and effective expressions of interest organizations, the influence of migrant workers'own economic position and their cultural qualities, rights and interests of obstacles for their legal protection. After the appeareance of the "double marginalized" tendency which result from their own identity, urban identity and local identity confusion, marginalized problem will arise following by.Aiming at the practical social cognition, this article mean to present us a seirous of social problems in the process of urban and rural integration during the cenozoic melting themselves into the city. And it also present us the hidden danger and challenges for our social sustainable development.In the article, we can find it has put forward some effective suggestions to achive its two purposes. One is to realize most migrant workers living and working in peace and contentment, and the other one is to dispel cenozoic migrant workers'marginalization. However, effective though these strateges are, we cannot melely rely on speeding up the system innovation, Widening peasant-workers' political participation channels, improving the economic incomes of workers, strengthening their cultural education, perfecting legal laws and regulations and also breaking barriers of legal protection. More importantly, it mainly lies in working on building our rural, achieving the rural urbanization itself, enhancing rural appeal and realizing cenozoic migrant workers'citizenization on-site metastasis.In another word, the three of above points count most in solving the present problems.
