Theory Of People's Jurors System Is Perfect

For the protection of the jury system with such values of democracy and justice, it is either common law or civil law countries, have adopted this system with varying degrees of learning. In China, people’s jury system is the law of a justice system is an important legal principle. People’s jury system is the manifestation of democracy, to prevent judicial corruption and promoting respect for human rights, promote awareness of the law, plays an irreplaceable role. In the legislation proposed in the Constitution established the jury system, the three major procedural changes, the People’s Court Organization Law,"on improving the people’s jury system decision"(hereinafter referred to as the "Decision"), the development of "people’s assessors Law," establish and improve relevant legislation on the supervision of the jury. to establish "people’s jury system" and other legislative measures are sound, so the jury system to obtain a strong legislative support and protection; in judicial practice, by improving the overall quality of people’s jurors improve the selection of the jury system, to optimize the jury of the mechanism to ensure funding, establish and perfect the management mechanism of the jury and to strengthen the training and education of the people’s assessors and other measures put in place to ensure that the jury system, and ultimately its due social function and the legal value.
