In recent years, the luxion of people is also increased. The increase of cases has made the obstacle appeared in the function of litigation system and the court can’t bear any more. The parties’right can’t be achieved timely. As the pace of informationization of the people’s courts quickens, plenty of newly working measures has appeared, such as remote trial.Remote trial is a new type of trial, which includes technology into action, uses video, sound, images in one. In such a trial the litigant can participate in the trial at different places but in the same time. Remote trial has some of advantages, such as high efficiency, saving of the cost of judge. All these are beneficial to protect the rights and interests of parties, but also has brought many problems, for example, how does the court identity the parties and the evidence how to be certificate and cross-examined, etc. At the same time, to a large extend, remote trial relies on the technology, so the development of technology and personnel’s quality play an important role in remote trial. There is something need to say, remote trial is the supplement and extension of the tradition trial in essence, not an independent way of new trial.At present, the research in our county is on the initial stage. The research to the remote trial just at the theoretical level, such as the concept, the characteristics and the significance,etc. So there is little research on the construct of this system. With the LAN construction become more and more consummate in the court, the practice in every district is underway, even the successful experience of many courts have provided a perfect model for consummating the research on the remote trial. But if it will be popularize in the national scope, we should formulate unified trial operation rules and principle, and improve information technology and talent construction. All of the above is to enhance feasibility of remote trial.
