| Euthanasia, a sensitive topic involving death, since it has appeared,itcaused a persistent dispute. In China, since reform and opening-up, euthanasiaand the related problems came into the public views gradually. Since1986thatthe first case about euthanasia triggered a debate of euthanasia, If our countryshould made euthanasia legal still not form a consensus until today. Althoughour country does’t have legal about euthanasia at present, the action ofeuthanasia has been present in large amounts. That’s makes too much difficultsin refereeing these cases. At the first part of this paper, the writer analyzed whatis the proper definition of euthanasia. Then classify euthanasia under somemeaningful classification standards. Demonstrated euthanasia is not crimethrough the way of jurisprudence and the punishment law. Then analysised ifChinese situation suit for made euthanasia legal. At last made some forwardsuggestions about how to making euthanasia legal in China. Wish to promotethe process of making euthanasia legal in China. |
