The Research On Difficulties And Responses Of NGO Patricipate Social Management

With the government reform and development of market economy, China’s hugefield of social change, the rapid development of non-governmental organizations, andits unique advantages in social management, to undertake reforms by the governmenttransferred the functions of social management innovation an important force.However, China’s inherent non-governmental organizations, their participation insocial management, there are still many difficulties, and further the role ofnon-governmental organizations in the community management of the comparativeadvantages for building a harmonious society is of great significance.Social management is mainly the government and non-governmentalorganizations to promote the coordination of social system operation, an integral partof social systems, different areas of social life and social development in all aspectsof organization, coordination, monitoring and control process, the basic tasks includecoordinating social relations, norms of social behavior, to solve social problems,resolve social conflicts and promote social justice to deal with social risks, tomaintain social stability. The article first analyzes the background and significance oftopics, and domestic and foreign-related research of the sort, in this paper based onthe basic and non-governmental organizations to participate in social management ofthe basic theory are described, non-governmental organizations in the communitymanagement to provide theoretical support.Secondly, non-governmental organizations involved in a series of problems ofsocial management, both of institutional problems, but also non-governmentalorganizations their own factors. For its part, the problems include a lack ofnon-governmental organizations and the credit crisis and so on. After careful analysisof the problem, this paper found that non-governmental organizations to participate insocial management problems caused by a variety, such as dual management systemand inadequate supervision exist and so on. Finally, from non-governmentalorganizations to participate in social management problems and causes, this paperproposes three non-governmental organizations involved in improving themanagement of reference of the proposed society, and this article points out thedirection for further research.
