Military men belongs to a special group profession with high strength, high risk andhigh pressure.They are prone to have some mental health problems and mental disease.Mental quality training plays a important role for achieving diversity military mission.Some previous researches have proved that mental quality education and training wouldkeep and promote mental health,sound personality, better stress style,higher militarytraining efficiency,mental disorders prevention and treatment, and also being effectivemethods to enhance military combat.Before now the actual effect of army’s mental quality education and training was notvery well, the affect of psychological education and training was a little limited. The mainproblems in mental quality training were that they were lack of five things,whichrespectively were teaching material、 psychological talents、 necessary pychologicalequipments、effective program and evaluation criterion in education and training.Therefore,the systematically research on mental quality educational training would be very urgent.Formed regiment in land forced is a basic unit as which is used to take part in militarytraining、political education, even in the war.Some practices indicated group mental qualitytraining would play more important roles than individual’s.So the study about formedregiment army’s mental quality would be special pracitical significance.Firstly132army officers choiced from land, navy、air and Erbao forces weremearsured by formed regiment army mental quality status questionnaire to survey mentalquality state.Secondly using SCL-90and mental quality questionnaire for armymen tosurvey the mental state of1454armymen and to discuss the mental quality characteristics offormed regiment armymen.Finally based on last two results we would build formedregiment armymen’s educational training mode.These results were as follows:1. The status Formed regiment armymen’s mental quality training was not ideal.96.7% of the soldiers showed the effect of mental quality educational training was notsignificant,and while they had not knowed the mental qualiyu educational training verywell.2. Mental quality level of formed regiment armymen increased gradually as the ageand service length growing.It had obvious rising tendency after five service years and from26to30years old.Mental quality was significant differences in sex anfd official ranks.3. Formed regiment Armymen mental quality educational training system:(1) Formed regiment armymen mental quality training scheme. Scheme was mainlycomposed of training target, contents and methods. The goal is to, improve adaptation、stable and resisteance ability、develop cognitive ability、deal with problems and so on. Thecontent focused on five dimensions of metal quality(intelligent, loyal, courage, confidence,resistance).The method chiefly was to participant in special training.(2) Formed regiment armymen mental quality training programs. There were threestages.Stage One: educational training, Stage Two: special mental quality training, StageThress:internalize training. Stage two was the core.(3) Formed regiment armymen mental quality training standards. The main standardwere about content and assessing method. The main menthod included interview,questionnaire investigation, subjective evaluation.
