Recently, with the developments of entropy theory, the management entropy, as a very important theoretical tool for measuring the complexity of organizations, is widely used to researching on the order degree of organizational structures and rational evaluation of organizations. In our article management entropy is introduced to qualitatively describe the command operational system. We converse the description models into mathematical models and quantitatively analyze the factors that affect the order degree of organizational structures and efficacy finally.The most important parts of our article are to build the model of armed force organizational structures as well as models of dissipative structure of command system. In the model of structural entropy, we introduce three organizational structures and analyze their order degrees and flexible degrees. At last, we make the conclusion that the institutional reform of troops will use the "matrix organizational structure". In the dissipative structural model, we abstract the command operational systems of positive entropy and negative entropy, and then establish the index systems of positive entropy and negative entropy; at last we calculate the dissipative structural model using entropy value principle and conclude that the existing traditional command operational system is not a dissipative structure. From above, we find out the indexes that lead into height of positive entropy and lowing of negative entropy and point out the directions and goals of the reform for current command operational system.The last part of this article makes comprehensive analysis of the result and the command operational system is deeply studied with the trends of the new revolutions in military. The results are proved to be correct in combining with the realistic analysis of the command operational system. Furthermore, suggestions of improvements are given to the developments of command operational system and provided references to future army constructions. |
