Child abuse is wide spread in the world, one of the major hazards seriously affectthe healthy development of children. Since20th century the rights of the childprotection movement have developed rapidly on a global scale, the world givenenough attention to the problem of child abuse. Although the phenomenon of childabuse is more and more, but the cause of prevention of child abuse in our country isstill in the early hours, so we need to improved to prevent child abuse protection.In this paper, a theoretical analysis of the concept of child abuse, the scope ofharm, lists the methods of today’s domestic and international child abuse statistics.Throughout the relevant laws at home and abroad and foreign legislative experienceand technology with China’s legal system, compared to identify the defects in ourlaws, and to put forward a sound.I propose to modify our criminal law, the regulation of the Code of CriminalProcedure on the ill-treatment, integration of Minors Act, which related to theestablishment of a specialized anti-child abuse law to prevent child abuse, the bestlegal protection. The government can coordinate the functions of the judiciary,schools, hospitals, social welfare agencies, child protection organizations, communityvolunteers, etc., to fully play its role in the prevention of child abuse, build a completesystem of work for the prevention of child abuse.
