The Political And Social Nature Of The Legal Person

Since the reform and opening up，and with the completed legal system andservice facilities, people’s awareness of the law has enhanced,"legal person" plays anincreasingly important role in our society and becomes an academia object in ourattention. In order to promote China’s "legal person" to develop along the pulse of thetimes, and for the purpose of encouraging and supporting the legal profession todevelop towards the social direction and giving full play of the role to protect humanrights and social justice, the article illustrates the inevitable developing trend of the"legal person" from political to social nature by the historical development andevolution of the "legal person". The essay talks about the West modern legalprofessional community from the formation and characteristics, and analyzes thesocial independence of its "legal person" in the first part; and then explaining thechanging role of our "legal person"——the political dependence nature is fading outgradually and the social nature is increasingly prominent through the introduction ofthe developing course of our "legal person" since ancient times; at last discusses thestatus of our legal profession Community from the “Political person” image and thepromising prospect of the potential social nature combined with the western,and thusputs forward some ideas to urge our "legal person" to continue developing toward thesocial direction.
