The disclosure of "Shuanghui Brown Meat Essence Event" further woke up people's sense of Corporation Social Responsibility (CSR). Starting with the disputes on nature of the firm, this dissertation expounds that the dispute on company's property or real nature is concerned how to understand the multiple dimensions of CSR. And on this basis, the dissertation analyses the conclusion on widely accepted rank of CSR and proposes six kinds of measures to perfect CSR incorporated with the case. The measures are that:(a) more corporations shall compile CSR report; (b) the successful foreign experience of vetting mechanism on social responsibility investment shall be referred to; (c) legislation models of CSR shall be improved; (d) corporation governance shall be perfected to lower the risks of CSR; (e) punitive compensation system shall be constructed; (f) CSR implementation mechanism shall be comprehensively constructed. So in theory, the dissertation fully provides the rationality of the practical prevention and treatment of the case.This dissertation consists of three chapters.The first chapter probes into nature of firm. The chapter first reviews the development of the nature in Anglo-American and then makes a comment on the trialism theory of nature of firm, which has been discussed most heatedly in China, and shows clearly that the center of dispute lies in company's property or real nature. On this basic, the chapter makes clear the relations among the trialism theory on the perspective of corporate governance mode, eclectic theory of nature and publicity level. The emphasis of this chapter is the issue of nature and the quasi-conflict among the trialism theory, specially the abasement of absolute corporation realism.The second chapter analyses CSR and company objective. The chapter states rank of CSR, then analyses private company objective and public corporation objective, perfection of CSR, shaping of social image of company and last point to the approach to implement the Art.5 of the Corporation Law.The third chapter proposes six kinds of definite measures to perfect CSR incorporated with the case of recent "Shuanghui Brown Meat Essence Event" on the basis of the argument of the first chapter and the second chapter.In the conclusion of this dissertation, the writer holds that the extension of CSR shall not to be enlarged due to the significance of social meaning and Shuanghui Group also becomes the second Sanlu Group because of the enlarged extension of CSR. Meanwhile the dispute on the case is expected to extend.
