The Duties Of Military Lawyers In Military Operations

In recent years, several major wars were all filled with the smoke ofthe law and each party struggled to carry out a battle of jurisprudence. Asa postgraduate of military law, I’m hoping to find a perfect combination ofthe army and the law. A special group--military lawyers caused greatconcern to the author. Military lawyers are the best groups of using legalweapons skillfully, so most countries have taken great concern on them.The institution of military lawyers has been built completely in Britain、America and some other countries.Our country’s institution of military lawyers started lately, so we hadtaken more concern on the general functions that they protect thelegitimate rights of the troops、the soldiers and their family. The functionsin military operations had yet to be undertaken to further explore. For thisreason, the author boldly chose this topic. Doing this is not to expect toaccomplish something, but only want to make some changes.In this paper, the author first talked about the great value of themilitary lawyers, and then tried to analyze their special functions duringthe three phases. They are before the start of military operations, in thecourse of military operations and after the end of military operations.Finally, starting from some problems, the author put forward threereasonable recommendations to improve our country’s institution ofmilitary lawyers.As knowledge is limited, the deficiencies need to be criticized andcorrected by teachers and other students, thank you very much!...
