On The Operation Management Mode Of Military Academies And Schools

The stadium is a professional place for sports training,sports competition and physical exercise.In universities and colleges,the stadium is not only the essential facilities for teachers and students to carry out sports activities,but also the important physical fitness as well as the ideal place for large-scale activities and assemblies.In the development of military academies,the venue is also an important part of the evaluation of teaching hardware condition.Take the National University of Defense Technology as an example;it has always aimed to become a world-class university with Chinese military characteristics.In recent years,with the development of the key projects in 11 th Five-Year and 12 th Five-Year,all the teaching hardware facilities have been improved rapidly.However,what we need to build the world first-class university with Chinese military characteristics is not only leading facilities,but also the development in superior talents,system and philosophy of management and so on.In the aspect of the operation and management of the stadium,currently many higher educational institutions(including the National University Of Defense Technology)have kept pace with the times in the construction of facilities,but lagged behind in software system,based on incomplete statistics,such as the management in a single mode,lack of professional talent team and imperfect incentive system,which have greatly restricted the final effectiveness of the stadium.This paper addresses studies the characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of the main operation management mode of domestic and foreign museums,analyzed the applicability of these models in military academies,through the case study of National University Of Defense Technology in recent years,the feasibility and feasibility of the reform of the stadium operation management model are verified,puts forward some suggestions and Countermeasures on the management mode of the selection of Military Academies.This research is divided into six chapters.In the first chapter,the background,significance and methods of the research are introduced.The second chapter focuses on the categories,basic operation modes,the characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of each mode.In the third chapter,the author takes the National University of Defense Technology as an example to analyze the development,operation mode,existing problems and the analysis of the causes.What is analyzed in the fourth chapter is the applicability of the mainstream management mode of the domestic and overseas stadium in the National University of Defense Technology.In the fifth chapter,the author introduces the achievements and experiences in the reform of the management system of the National University of Defense Technology in recent years.In the last chapter,the countermeasures and suggestions for the operation and management mode of the military academies and schools is put forward.
