Development Of China’s Trade Unions In The New Era

In our country, the trade union is a mass organization of the working class under the leadership of the communist party of China, It is the link and the bridge of our party contacting of worker masses, it is the legal rights and interests of worker specific representative and effective defenders. Since the reform and opening up, with the establishment of the socialist market economy and improved step by step, our economic relationship and labor relations changing gradually, union organization playing a remarkable irreplaceable role as an important social forces. But we should also see, union job has a lot of problem in this period, it’s also faces huge challenges, in the transformation of the key period, China’s trade unions face a lot of new situation, new challenge, and difficult task, in order to make our country development better achievements in the new period of transition spanning, the function of labor union is irreplaceable, this article mainly from the following five aspects, this paper discusses union in new period, the new features of the new task and the development of new strategy.The first part is the introduction, mainly introduce the present study the trade union of purpose and meaning, and the current domestic and foreign trade union for the research of the current situation, and introduce the main methods to study the trade union; The second part mainly expound the trade union in the new period of the new requirements and new features.
