Study On University Graduate Village Officers’ Intervening Act On The Background Of New Village Construction

The university graduate village officers program is a great talent strategic decision. The move is of very important and long-term significance not only in enhancing the vitality of rural energy and promoting the development of democracy at the grassroots level, but also in training new farmers, promoting grassroots cadres team quality, speeding up the construction of the new socialist countryside. However, how to solve the problem of university graduate village officers’ rural social adaption, how to finish the change of roles from students to "new type of village cadres", how to stand firm in the rural as soon as possible, how to seek work focus. It is no doubt that university graduate village officers’ intervening act should be an effective way to break these problems.Recent years, in northern Jiangsu province, local governments have trained many excellent university graduate village officers and have accumulated rich experience of that work. But some typical problems are exposed and to be solved with the things to be known deepen ceaselessly, therefore according to the investigation in three countries of northern Jiangsu province, this study has summarized five types of university graduate village officers’ intervening act, analyzed the influential factors and put forward new strategies to promote university graduate village officers’ intervening act. This paper aims to provide effective and beneficial ways of thinking and approaches to promote the university graduate village officers’ intervening act on the background of new village construction.
