After basic livingstandards have been satisfied, people pay more attention to the quality of life.However, in recent years, food safety incidents have occurred, not only cause damageto the health of consumers, but also lead to the panic of the community-wide foodsafety, while highlighting our country’s food safety supervision mechanism isimperfect. There are many shortcomings and loopholes of food safety.Food safety regulation is a systematic complex issue involving many aspects,and the most important is to set the legal system and supervision mechanisms of foodsafety in line with the national conditions of our country.
