| Corruption has been thought to be cancer undermining the development of the world, become the greatest enemy. Since Chinese Communist Party is in office,she also faces the daunting task of anti-corruption and new period corruption multiple predicament pressure in course of practice and exploration while obtaining anti-corruption substantive results. This article constructs and improves the new period’s Chinese anti-corruption theory for the purpose, using a variety of research methods under" the Marx doctrine of Party Construction Theory". The article reveals the advantages and disadvantages from the analysis of Chinese Communist Party’s anti-corruption models in different historical stages and currents Chinese Communist anti-corruption challenges in new period. From the specimen and cure, comprehensive management angle, the article puts forward to perfect "system anti-corruption" pluralistic governance mechanism and effective measures. First of all, it gives a scientific definition of three stages" movement-corruption and rule-anti-corruption and system-anti-corruption" of anti-corruption theory and practice after the founding of the Communist Party of China.1949-1978" anti-corruption" feature is Mass Movement and the anti-corruption theory is ideological education.1978-2002"anti-corruption’s character is rule restrict, the anti-corruption’s theory is the cure. Since2002, the system-anti-corruption’s characteristic is systematic, the anti-corruption theory is integrated management of education, system, supervise " and punishing and preventing function. Secondly, it analyzes the current Chinese Communist anti-corruption challenges. From the angle of the rules, the anti-corruption power balance effect is poor after the founding of the Communist Party of China; from the static analysis the anti-corruption culture is deficiency; from comprehensive analysis the effectiveness of anti-corruption of the comprehensive treatment is poor. Finally, it puts forward to countermeasures to enhance the effectiveness against corruption.
