The Study Of Influencing Factors Of Welfare Services Providing In Child Welfare Agencies

The paper put children welfare association in Lanzhou city as the research object. In the study, I will use observation method and interviewing method. I will compare the new child welfare association of high standards and the old child welfare association of low standard. I want to know whether the standard of service will be improved despite the new child welfare of high standards is put into operation? And how to be improved? What are the influencing factors of the standard of service in children welfare association? I study the problems; I found that the hardware facilities affected the standard of service, the rearing conditions are improved, the children can also be access to the services of rehabilitation and education. At the same time, because of the change of the hardware facilities, the management mechanism will change too and the change will raise the level of service.The conclusion of my research:the hardware facilities are the spatial carrier of the change of the management mechanism, and management mechanism is a catalyst to further enhance the welfare services. Service facilities and management mechanism will influence the standard of service of children welfare association together.The study summarizes the service mode of the new children welfare association. And it demonstrated system management theory.
