China’s Urban Public Facilities Management Effectiveness Research

But there are still many problems, the overall publicfacilities can not keep a single, functional orientation of urban development, regulatoryagencies are not clear, backward management, narrow channels in public infrastructurefunding, light weight building maintenance, low quality of the management team, whileforeign cities in the wave of new public management movement of the last century weremarket-oriented reforms, the city government functions to adjust, regulate the relationshipbetween government and market, between citizens, the use of the scientific enterprisemanagement tools, the introduction of market competition mechanism, the establishment of agovernment Lord, civic and social organizations are actively involved in the multi-centermanagement.
