Researches On The Government Information Publicity Under The Perspective Of Harmonious Society

With the advent of the information society, the government information publicity system developed rapidly in the worldwide and transparency of government work has become a trend. Since reform and opening up, China began to change the original concept of administrative attempt to explore the service administration and sunshine administration due to the development of the domestic political and economic situation as well as riding the waves of globalization. In domestic and foreign administrative environment, especially under the requirements of the lofty goal of building a harmonious society, to establish and improve China’s open government information systems has become an inevitable choice. At present, China’s government information disclosure system has begun to take shape, but there are many aspects need to be improved and perfected. This article will study the government information disclosure system in the context of building a harmonious society and emphasis on exploring the value of government information system influencing the building a harmonious society, and to discuss countermeasures to improve the information disclosure system of our government from the perspective of building a harmonious society.In this paper, we used the documentary research, historical research, benefit analysis and structure-function analysis and other research methods. The basis theory is the right to know theory. Firstly the article defined the concepts related to this study,which can not only ensure that this study does not "go astray", but also benefit to the rigor expression of the article and tight demonstration; Secondly the article discussed the relationship between information disclosure and harmonious society construction, demonstrated that government information disclosure system is the inevitable choice of building a harmonious society, and given a detailed study of the importance of open government information for the building of a harmonious society. Then in the article we discussed the construction status of the domestic system of open government information, and analysis the achievements and shortcomings of open government information in our country, and focused the discussion and analysis of the resistance factors of the open government information system construction. Finally, based on the careful study, the article used the structure-function analysis, through three aspects of the concepts, systems, and behaviors, discussed the concrete measures for development and improvement of government information disclosure system in China, and build an effective countermeasures system for the improvement of government information open system.
