Most scholars hold the view that “themore developed countries are, the less the corruption.†Or “There is little corruption indemocratic countries.†However, some scholars hold the opposite point of view in EasternEuropean countries and African countries, there is more corruption after these countriesachieved democracy and this phenomenon also exists in South Korean. This situation isdeteriorating and there is no sign of it getting better.But according to the global corrupt index (CPI) report and the related objective materialdata: we discovered that the South Korean problem of corruption has actually improved afterdemocratization.This article will use the method of a combination of fundamental research and the casestudies.
