Hai Cai Accent, same as Shi Ping Accent or “Qu Zi”, also called “Dao BanJiang”. It was originated in Luo Se Bay and Lion Bay which are around Yi Long Lake,then spread to Bull Stree, Long Peng, and so on, formed as “origin ecologic”,“reproduce ecologic” and “new ecological”. In2006, Hai Cai Accent has beendeclared as an intangible cultural heritage. Because of the modern and digitaldevelopment and the using in many kinds of compitetions and TV shows, Hai Cai Accentis more and more popular, and has been worldwide famous by now. Now Hai Cai Accenthas been liked by many people and experts who comes from all over the world. Thepurpose of this thesis is to investigate the origin of Hai Cai Accent, and comparethe differences between the origin place and the secondary places in Hai Cai Accentin order to find the differences and the connections between them. Then is to discussthe reprocess and the rebirth of Hai Cai Accent in order to find the reason and theregulation about its rheology; finally in future we can find an useful andreproductive methods to protect this “Origin hai Cai Accent”.
