We do a meticulous and thorough research on the fixed format of verb "fei". This article begins with classifying and analyzing the meanings of "fei " in the ancient and contemporary Chinese, then analyze the Grammaticalization process of "fei " from the specific action to doesn’t belong to one scope, and describe the reflection of the changes on the four fixed format.We study the four fixed format from the four views-the meanings of format, syntax, semantic, pragmatic.We divid the meanings of fixed format "fei X suo Y" into two categories. The analysis of its semantic and pragmatic is according to the sorts of structure. In the view of pragmatic, we find that different structures have different focuses.The meanings of fixed format "fei X fei Y" are divided into four categories, and the analysis of the semantic and pragmatic is according to the four categories. The format "fei X fei Y" is in alignment from the view of syntax. According to the characteristics and the focus distribution, we sort out four categories.The meanings of fixed format "fei X ji Y" are divided into three categories. We analyze the semantic and pragmatic of the fixed format according to the three different syntax structures-----parallel selection, appositive, partial. Different constitutions have different focuses. Giving the examples of X=Y are more popular, we focus on the fixed format (X=Y). After researching its semantic and pragmatic,we have found that the format has different important points and different focuses. According to the different constitutions of X, the focus of fixed format "shi X fei X "can be divided into two kinds:the third constitute focus and "fei X" focus. Besides this,if the X in "fei X"is "real X" or "much X",the focus of the fixed format is intermediate state.
