Grow In A Relationship Crisis

This article was an action research which used qualitative research method with researcher himself and cooperators as research subject, which focuses on the growth of Love relationship crisis and Love relationship, the cooperators and the writer seek after and share this subject together in the premise of "opening" and "awareness".The writer seeks three cooperators who meet the needs and are willing to join in the research in the form of recruiting. Given to the gender of the writer and better communication with cooperators, the writer chooses the male as cooperators.the writer dates with each other five times and share and seek after the research together. This paper includes two themes, with the different theme, we have communications to share the experience,feelings and thoughts with each other in order to explore the crisis of love relationship and how to get mature in the crisis of love relationship successfully. Different from the research which is used the method of questionnaire, the subjects in this paper as cooperators have participated the whole process; Meanwhile, different from the research which is used the method of interview, This study stressed the actions in the research and focused on the growth and the crisis of love relationship, the writer and cooperators seek the answers of their question by themselves.By our seeking, we discover that the crisis of love relationship is common which leads to the change of feelings and behaviors. The growth depends on the ways of dealing with the crisis,so the key is how to face the crisis and how to deal with it,.Summed up including the two followings:(1) All the love relationships are chance of growing for us. In love relationship, we must continue to see each other, and offer service for each other; in love relationship we need to accept and be aware of myself, and improve myself for relationship development.(2) Crisis and conflicts are to provide a chance of seeing each other in love relationship. Every crisis is not only exposing the problems of the love relationship, but also gives you a chance, it is a good chance, if we deal with the problems correctly, if not, the crisis of love relationship is not only a challenge but also a chance.
