The Trend Of Emphasizing Love And Its Literary Appearance In Wei And Jin Dynasties

During the Wei and Jin Dynasties,scholars advocated the nature of human beings,emancipated their emotions and released their true temperament in their minds;advertised in their lives that "the love is in my generation",drank,ate and indulgence;coupled with the turbulent social and political situation at that time,they attached great importance to the situation to an unprecedented height.The trend of empathy influences the development of literature,which is remarkable in literary works.This paper focuses on the Wei and Jin Dynasty’s emphasis on affection and its manifestation in literature,and explores the overall expression of three emotions,namely,family,friendship and love,in Wei and Jin poetry,fiction and other literary works.There are three parts in this paper: introduction,main part and conclusion.The introduction part combs the current research situation of the academic circles on the trend of emphasizing love in the Wei and Jin Dynasties and the three emotions of kinship,friendship and love in the Wei and Jin Dynasties,and clarifies the research significance,research ideas,key and difficult points and research methods.The main body consists of four chapters:Chapter one is an overview of the customs of emphasizing love in Wei and Jin Dynasties.Emphasis on emotion is one of the prominent social customs in the Wei and Jin Dynasties,but there are also many emotional expressions in literary works before the Wei and Jin Dynasties,ranging from the Book of Songs,Chu Ci to the Yuefu of Han Dynasty and Nineteen Ancient Poems.From the point of view of the development of poetry theory,the Han Dynasty advocated the theory of "poetry origin" and paid attention to the political education function of poetry.The Wei and Jin Dynasties advocated "poetry origin" and emphasized the lyric function of poetry.The reason why people in Wei and Jin Dynasty attach importance to affection is closely related to the decline of Confucian classics,the emergence of the new scholar-bureaucracy in the late Han Dynasty,the influence of the development of metaphysics,the turbulent social situation,and the guarantee provided by the door-valve system for scholar-bureaucrats to indulge themselves.Of course,the time connotation of the Wei and Jin Dynasty’s emphasis on love can not be ignored.Chapter two,the literary manifestation of kinship.Kinship is a kind of inherent blood relationship.Kinship in Wei and Jin Dynasties is mainly reflected in poems of eulogizing ancestors,admonitions and mourning edicts.Novels mainly record the stories of filial piety.In the process of mutual expression of emotions,elders and younger generations form the artistic expression of the theme of kinship,that is,the depiction of parents’ love for their children and the creation of filial image of their children.Kinship is the trend of emphasizing love in Wei and Jin Dynasties.An important branch of learning emergence.Chapter three,the literary manifestation of friendship.The instability of political situation and social instability make scholars pay more attention to friendship.Friends express their concern by expressing their emotions with expressions,admonishing or breaking up friendship with clear aspirations.These friendship-filled works express their emotions by analogy and use the image of "bird" to metaphorize their relationship with friends,thus showing different friendship concepts.Chapter Four,the literary manifestation of love.Since ancient times,love has been praised by literati and poets.It is mixed with sadness in romance and miss in happiness.Love in the Wei and Jin Dynasties was mainly shown in love poems,mourning poems,missing women poems and a small number of novel records.In such a social situation,love works not only express emotions,but also show the attention of the society to women and the improvement of women’s status at that time,which has certain social practical significance.Chapter Five: The influence of Wei and Jin emphasizing sentiment on later literature.As a long-lasting and wide-ranging social feature of the times,the trend of emphasizing love in Wei and Jin Dynasty not only influenced the development of literature in Wei and Jin Dynasty,but also had a far-reaching impact on the creation of poetry,fiction and the formation of literary theory in later generations.Generally speaking,the influence of the Wei and Jin emphasizing sentiment on the literary creation of the Wei and Jin Dynasties can not be ignored.Social atmosphere influences literary creation,and literature also reflects all aspects of social life.Therefore,it is inevitable that the trend of emphasizing emotions is manifested in literature.
