Touch "navigation"

The main body this thesis to my art practice as a case study, which is the whole process of the state of mind that explores how to use special drawing material to appropriately express personal creativity in ecstasy when one enters into a kind of "navigation". Material itself has the unique aesthetic here to deliver the material sense of beauty and a similar artistic conception to meditation. Wishing painting as a whole journey that will record itself into an optimal approach to change the state of consciousness, the painting technique of using layers of transparent color overlay, makes every moment of the changing process of consciousness shown. What I call "navigational state" is a case to use some areas such as hypnosis, knowledge in the field of psychology and meditation, painting process is regarded as a kind of meditation practice process, which makes the whole work process to be interpreted as a following and spiritual practices of the journey. The specific method is:use ’down the stairs method’that is widely used in the hypnotic, free between stairs of the ladder, belongs to the category of the rational control of consciousness slowly relaxed, and freely spread with stairs of the ladder, until the ASC (change the state of consciousness). When ASC state comes, there will be more originally consciousness within the scope of the empty view and extraordinary experience of sensual touch. You only need to listen and to obey the changing state of consciousness without thinking, commanded and navigated by it that you will directly get to the perceived for the entire quantity. No motive, no thought, no plan, just pick up painting tools such as scraper, iron plate, and to record the image in one’s subconscious mind. To me, each process has some meaning that can’t be told in words, for every process is automatic dissection of mind. It is to listen to one’s true self. At last, under a state similar to hypnosis, one looks into oneself, recording the whole process of navigation, and try to use some material of the same sense to "translation" as far as possible..
