The Shensi-kansu-ningsia Border Region During The Anti-japanese War Of The People's Livelihood Construction Research

The Communist Party of China always puts the interests of the people in the first place, and considers the solution of people’s livelihood as the specific expression to implement the Party’s aim since its founding day. During the War of Resistance Against Japan Period, our Party turned the Shanxi-Ningxia Border Region into the most democratic area with political pureness, ample food and clothing all over the country, which was once with political darkness, economic poverty and cultural lag. The most important thing to be in successful power in the Shanxi-Ningxia Border Region is that the Communist Party of China has developed people’s livelihood construction complying with public opinion, and has won wide support from masses of people. Reviewing the great practices of people’s livelihood building in the Shanxi-Ningxia Border Region during anti-Japanese War can help us sum up experience and lessens, more over, it is quite significant to draw lessens for today’s socialist harmonious society construction and social construction focusing on the people’s livelihood.This paper divides into five parts:The preface of this paper explains the significance of topics, the status and trends of research projects, the research methods, the innovation and the definition of relevant concepts.The first chapter, focuses on theoretical basis and realistic basis of livelihood of the people thinking of the Communist Party of China during anti-Japanese war, and the main contents of people’s livelihood thought of the Communist Party of China during this period.The second chapter, focuses on the main construction contents of the people’s livelihood building in Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region during anti-Japanese war, this is the focus of this article. By analyze the democratic and legal construction, the positive development of production, reduce the burden of the people, emphasis on health and education, the social security and social governance, the author focuses on the important content of the people’s livelihood building during this period.The third chapter, the author focuses on evaluating the people’s livelihood building in Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region during anti-Japanese war.
