At the end of the1960s, the study of second language acquisition developed abroad as an independent discipline. As a result of this, the study on Learning Motivation in Second Language also flourished. There had been a lot of achievements, however, there also got many blind areas in the study. Since the21st century,"Chinese fever" by the global trend of rapid development, the study of Chinese as a second language also develops rapidly. The existing research subjects involved in South Korea, Thailand, Japan, Vietnam, Indonesia, Central Asia and other countries and regions of Chinese students. But in previous studies, there are only for South Korean students’Chinese learning motivation of the static description, and no response to their dynamic changes of empirical investigation. Therefore, in order to understand the learning motivation of the change and cause of variation, the author to Fudan University International Cultural Exchange College Freshman in four of the78South Korean students as the object of investigation, literature analysis, questionnaire, interviews, classroom observation, statistical analysis and other methods, the dynamic study survey of Korean Students studying in Chinese in the process of learning motivation to change, and summarizes that the factors affecting these changes, in order to take the corresponding measures to control and regulation, in order to help Korean students better, more efficient in Chinese learning. This essay is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction. Elaborated the overall situation of South Korean students in learning Chinese, presents them in Chinese learning in the presence of the problem cannot be ignored, and the reasons for these problems. Pointed out the second language learning motivation and its dynamic change situation are extremely important influence factors. There’re further discussion about the close relations between the learning motivation and the second language learning motivation, so as to establish the necessity of the study. The second part is a summary of research. Introduce the study of motivation theory and research mode. And make a simple review of the researches on second language learning motivation, Chinese learning motivation and Chinese learning motivation of South Korean students which had been done before. The third part is a study of the main part. The comprehensive use of a variety of theories and methods on the South Korean students learning motivation and its changes of the findings are summarized and dynamic analysis. The fourth part is another study of the main part. It’s mainly based on the third part of the survey results and points out the existing problems, and puts forward the corresponding excitation and maintenance of South Korean students’ Chinese learning motivation strategy. The fifth part is a conclusion. The result of this research were summarized in this paper, the research on the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language, and points out the deficiency of the research and further research suggestion.The results show that, the Korean students in learning Chinese process with integrative motivation, instrumental motivation, two-potency, passive motivation, motivation, achievement need planning, affiliated inner driving force and the use of language anxiety and other eight kinds of learning motivation. There are ten kinds of factors which will cause these motivational enhancement or fading:learning confidence, interest in learning, learning difficulties, self-efficacy, teaching material, teaching method on satisfaction of learning satisfaction, effort, learning, extracurricular activities and participate in the collective desire to continue studying in Chinese. Among them,"interest in learning" makes a maximum effect on the changes in different grades of South Korean students’ Chinese learning motivation. Finally, the author combines interviews and classroom observation of the content, the one to four different stages of Korean students respectively, puts forward some teaching strategies, it can provide some reference and help for teachers.
