The Relation Between Science And Christianity An Integrated Model

The question How is the relation between science and religion has been becoming an important issue concerned by the scholars majored in philosophy, science and religion with the rapid development of science and technology. Richard Swinburne hold the view that there is the same inductive inference employed by scientific hypothesis and "God exist" hypothesis, who is directed to investigate the application of modern cognitive logic approach and Covering law model in the two hypothesizes above mentioned with the point of philosophy of scienceOne of the purposes of this thesis is to describe and analyze the argument "God exist" raised by Swinburne. Then the main two technical ways including the use of Bayes theorem and Covering law model could be evaluated and in the third step, the refutation and responses to the argument presented. The problem and significance of argument may be revealed through these procedures. The conclusion is that "God existence" argument offers a new angle more profound and vast to study the relationship between science and religion as a possible science—religion integration model.
