The Song Dynasty Poetess Common Image Analysis

Song Dynasty is prosperous period of the Song verse. Among the productive poets, a ting of creation group can’t be ignored-the excellent feminine poets who have showed the entirely different social life and feelings which is distinguished from the same times’male poets. These works mostly reveal their individual affection directly and reflected the real lives and feelings of that time. It is very important for us to understand their survival condition and spiritual life.To research the studies of poetesses in Song Dynasty, imageries about garret, flower and the moon from them is un-neglectable。They show not only their particular appreciation of the beauty, but also the sprite of self-approval by facing the thousand-year feudal etiquette。In this paper, I have analyzed the real survival condition of feminine in Song dynasty in part one including their mentality and education, because it is useful for us to understand why they always choose all these images to express their feelings. And in another three chapters of following, they carry on the different connotation of images which is connecting to feminine. It contains the nature and life, thirsty of love, looked to love.At the conclusion part, I briefly introduce the characteristic of the "typical imagery" of the Song-Dynasty poetess.
