Eileen Chang has been a research hotspot of modern literature,there is a large number of the relevant research results of her literature view and works. Edward M.Gunn uesed Anti-Romanticism as the theme of his study, analyze the creation of Eileen Chang and the other several writers of1940s. Few researchers study the Anti-romantic characteristics of Eileen Chang’s literature.This article is carry out the point of view of the Anti-Romantic.Eileen Chang’s literary concept and her works,engage in analysis and research, and take a further evidence of Eileen Chang’s Anti-Romantic literary thoughts and works are highly representative. This indicates that China’s new literature in the1940s with the emergence of the new features. The writers conscious alienation and backwash the tradition of May Fourth tradition and culture.The paper contains a total of three parts, each part are as follows:The first part,Introduction.1.Research purposes and research significance;2. Selection and description of the object and scope of the research literature version:3. Review and summary of this thesis research status;4, A brief description of the content and structure of the paper.The second part, the body of the paper. The first chapter, carding the view of Anti-Romantic that Eileen Chang’s literature and the specific content. The second chapter analyzes Eileen Chang’s Anti-Romantic in the "growth story"."Bildungsroman" story type and the concept of "growth" to examine the irony of her novels of romantic narrative of the novel since the May Fourth tradition and culture. Eileen Chang refused to describe the flying life, focus on the performance of the common "human weaknesses" in the works, which is an important feature of the Anti-Romantic writing. The last chapter discussed the Anti-romantic story of love and marriage in her novels. Eileen Chang criticized the "love first" narrative of the romantic novels. She often make the love relationship like the interests of the arena. She also deconstructs the myth of the modern marriage in modern Chinese fiction, concerned about the daily life, this is another important performance characteristics of the Anti-Romantic writing.The last part, Conclusion. Summary all the points, pointed out that Eileen Chang significance of Anti-Romantic narrative of literary history.
