In this article aims at discussing on Akbar.Majyt’s short fictions, organizes the writer’s representative works from1979to2010years, analysis the his cultural identity and the art of fiction during the20th century80s.As Kazakh writer who writes short fiction with Chinese, in spite of Akbar born and raised up among Kazakh people in Xinjiang, He deeply understands local history and culture, but he is not a bilingual writer. He especially interested in his own cultural ownership, has a unique way of writing story, formed personal writing style as well. With the long time practice he also made his own novel language type. All of them can’t divide from environment of all kinds of languages.This paper is composed of three parts:foreword, text, endnotes. Foreword discusses selected topic purpose and value. It started from Akbar.Majyt’s national consciousness, discusses the writer not only studied from narrative traditional cultural experience, but also influenced by other national language and culture. He educated in Chinese school, it established the foundation for his Chinese short fictional art. The way of Kazakh’s thinking and expressing formed his unique works.The text is fall into three chapters:the first chapter is about the author’s cultural identity, firstly analysis Kazakh "face" in his short fiction. According to fate, character, mental activities and language, the writer put contemporary characteristics and national style into special environment. The second, cultural transmission in Akbar.Majyt’s works, most of art works reflected the Kazakh traditional life including history, culture and customs etc.In the second chapter, by been opening window new ecological of Kazakh novel in the1980s, analyzed in two aspects that narrative special context. In the1980s the writer’s novels, on the one hand, performed a new life of this nation, on the other hand to adapted to the time’s demand, leaded the change of traditional values, and discussed figures of speech, for example authors intervention, visual angle, symbol, hint and repeat and so on.Writer is particularly expert of describing to natural scenery, he created nove context by the Kazakh’s thinking and expression. In the third chapter, explainec Akbar’s short fiction. The name of novel is unique, with metaphor and dichotomy.
