In this essay, vessels for food will be taken as the subject, which is considered as a bearer of belief, ritual and aesthetic appeal, and highly involved in the evolution of lifestyle and social ideology in ancient China. The appearance of traditional Chinese food vessels had a continuous influence on the idea of living and aesthetics of Chinese generations, for instance, the design aesthetics of repast utensi Is can be refined as beauty of the momentary shot, the subtle soul and the inheriting silence, which can be summarized as four oriental senses of harmony, respect, silence and purity, which pronounced in Chinese by "peace, awe, si lent and empty"." peace is a moderation and Harmony way and a subjective and objective treatment of the ceremony in the food culture, which interpreted as the mutual harmony between people and objects, people and the envi ronment."awe" represents the si ncer ity and respect attitude to meet the nature of the raw material."si lent" means the silence and purity of not only shape but also advanced aesthetic thought of cuisine,"empty" i s simplicity and intangibility, which make use of intangible concept to express the unlimited emotion, which has been widely used in the ancient Chinese paintings.This article focus on two relationships during the process of producing and designing the food vessel, one is between man and man, the other is between human being and the nature, which are regarded as the idea resource of creation on current food vessel. Based on the principle of heritage and optimization, filled with designs of conceptual ized food vessel and related vision, we devote to form a unity of designing a brand, combining the logo, package, poster, advertisement and website, with brand promotion mixed with the traditional and modern design ideas. The only way to realize the attempting of cultural brand i s to put more efforts into practice the four oriental senses mentioned above paragraphs. It is not only the wonderful heritage and protection to national culture to express the or iental culture by mi x i ng the aesthet i c ideas i nto the brand design work, but also a perfect creation of modern lifestyles.
