Through making a preliminary analysis and definition of the difference between Shang Culture and Zhou Culture in belief, I draw a conclusion that Kingwen’s "shouming" was not from the god Tian" but from the Kingzhou. And it also illustrated that Kingwen is an expert of Shaman and History. The details in "Shangshu" and "Yizhoushu" reflected that Zhougong is an expert of Shaman and History as well. It is Zhougong who put forward the fit suggestion that they should made a balance between Zhou people and Shang people which Kingwu thought to be perfect, who made Zhou Culture independently by the mean of giving up the throne. By cultivating its inner structure in a more detailed way, I do believe Li which is created by Zhougong is the renovation of both Shang Culture and Zhou Culture and become the origin of Chinese Culture.
