Since the Structure of Scientific Revolutions was published in1962,"paradigm""incommensurability" and its theoretical discussion and controversy had neverstopped. Academia in the rising discussions of "paradigm" and "incommensurability"roughly divided into two parts:Part of the natural scientists regard paradigm theory asa typical representative of irrationalism and relativism, and try their best toquestioning and criticizing it. And most social scientists regard paradigm theory as thedivine sayings, and spared no effort in to give it much appreciated and support, somepeople quickly become a follower of Kuhn’s. The enormous shock generated by theparadigm theory is undeniable, and scholars have also expressed their opinions andhis discussion mixed. Representative of the domestic and foreign scholars, provide areference for us to further understand and grasp the idea of Kuhn, provide a solidfoundation for us to better understand and apply the paradigm theory, broaden theboundaries of the use of the paradigm theory, provide a reference for this paper toexplore the paradigm theory, and significantly broadened the research ideas of thearticle.It can be said that Kuhn’s paradigm and its incommensurability theory,fundamentally changed the traditional concept of science, and had a major influenceon the philosophy of science. On the basis of profound understanding and grasp aboutconcept of Kuhn’s Paradigm and put forward the significance of the revelation of theparadigm theory methodology. His exploration on the history and philosophy ofscience is worthy of recognition and learn from. Despite all the criticism of Kuhn twoconcepts can check out the flaws in his ever-changing concept. Youth Kuhn,reflections on the history of science contains a profound insight. In short, many ofKuhn’s thinking deserves attention and defend. In other words,"Structure of ScientificRevolutions", and the consequent critical acclaim and criticism, only in westernphilosophy and the actual history of association, thought-provoking interpretation ormetaphor.
