The relationship between students is one of the most fundamental. Because of the academiccompetition, students’ learning pressure increases, many people are lack of understanding andcommunication; on the other hand, secondary school students now basically are from one-childfamily, although they desire to interact with peers, but the habit is self-centered, inevitablyproduce dating difficulties, even some students have avoid thinking, some people think: I don’tneed a friend, a friend is not so important. Middle school period is the life friendshipdevelopment rapidly, they think friendship is one of the most important things in relation.Students not only attach importance to friendship, but also the formation of a certain emotionunderstanding, not only in the emotional attachment characteristics, but also the friendship actsas a driving force.Mental health education is to adapt to the normal one and has the perfect personality, goodpsychological quality, in order to have the inner world of the rich, spiritual enrichment, potentialinto full play and life value correctly reflecting. Psychological counseling should be developmentpsychological counseling for the key, and the group psychological counseling can make full useof existing resources, to play a more active role.Secondary school students are in adolescence, they want to get the recognition andaffirmation of their elders, but also a certain extent in the peer welcome, whether homosexual orheterosexual, sense of hope that he is recognized by others, high school students interpersonalself-efficacy have a certain impact on academic achievement, high school students interpersonalskills training is gradually becoming a demand at home and abroad too numerous to mention inthis regard, for the cultivation of interpersonal skills of high school students launched a detailed,mainly reflected in the following aspects: Objective: To understand the interpersonal grouppsychological counseling an effective way to improve the effect of the interpersonal skills ofmedical students middle school students to explore to improve middle school studentsinterpersonal skills.10Middle School Students: voluntary registration and scale screeningintervention Scale pretest and posttest to assess the intervention effect. Results: psychologicalcounseling intervention can be more effective to improve and improve high school studentsinterpersonal skills. Conclusion: School interpersonal group counseling intervention caneffectively improve and enhance the high school students interpersonal skills.
