The National Well-being Analysis In The Development Of Economy

The pursuit of happiness is not only the eternal theme of one’s life, but also the ultimate goal of human activities. Since the reform and opening up,the national well-being feeling has undergo a great leap of development with the significant increase of people’s living standards by the constant30years of rapid economic growth. However, it also brings resource and social conflict. Some discordant factors cause doubts and dissatisfaction of ordinary people. Under the background, people’s livelihood and well-being are focused by the authorities from the central government to the local ones. The striving to improve the people’s well-being is also placed at the prominent position of all the government activities. Well under the context above, the article sorts out the national well-being from a theoretical point, and analyses the interpretation of the room for improvement of national well-being.This article begins with the concept of happiness and well-being defined,and explores the measuring standard on the basis, which leads out the relationship between economic development and national well-being, and then analyzes the main factors affecting the national well-being:from an objective level analysis:economic factor is the material basis for improving the national well-being;cultural factors are the forces that upgrade the national well-being; political factors are the institutional guarantee for improving the national well-being.; ecological environment is also an important factor which affects the sense of national well-being; from the subjective point of view, the subjective pursuit is also the inner motivation to enhance the sense of happiness. On the basis of theoretical analysis, the article analyzes the current status of national happiness, but through the recent years, Chinese happiness survey report analysis the main problems and characteristics of our national happiness; Finally, according to the survey results and theoretical analysis of the countermeasures of enhancing the sense of Gross National Happiness in the phrase of our economic development.
