The paper systematically discussed earlier opera performance of Vivaldi. Itconsists of three parts. The first part introduces the early development of opera andVivaldi’s opera creation,describing the basic context of the opera from birth toprosperity. The second part analyzes the characteristics of the creation of the Vivaldiworks and its important place in early development of opera. Focusing on Vivaldisoprano aria’s singing skills, the third part summarizes the value of Vivaldi soprano ariain vocal teaching, which is an art treasure to help learners expand the concert level andenhance the artistic accomplishment.In recent years, with new understanding of early music, the style of baroque musichas been accepted again. Gradually Vivaldi’s classic works has been familiar and gethigher and higher evaluation. Focusing on early opera research, the paper discussed theform of opera and art characteristics of Vivaldi’s works, and also put Vivaldi’s classicsoprano aria for example, such as"the Despised Bride" (Sposa the son disprezzata),"Wind and Rain"(Agitata da due venti). The description and analysis of the singingskills may help provide some help for their depth and accurate grasp of the style ofvocal music, and improve the artistic level and cultivation.
