Chronic Prostatitis Patients Quality Of Life Scale Of Research

Objective:To study traditional Chinese medicine has the connotation of quality of life in patients with chronic prostatitis scale, comprehensive, objective assessment of medical treatment in the clinical efficacy of chronic prostatitis.Methods:According to WHO Quality of Life Scale formulate the principle of combining traditional Chinese medicine basic theory, the theory put forward the idea of scale, extensive access to the universality of quality of life both at home and abroad a wide range of scale, the use of structured decision-making methods, to build the initial scale, and investigate 105 ways to test patients with chronic prostatitis to discrete trends, correlation analysis, factor analysis, response analysis methods, such as multi-dimensional screening of the five entries, and ultimately the formation of chronic prostatitis beta quality of life scale (CPQOLS), and reliability and validity assessment and response.Results:4 developed by the bio-psycho-social dimension of three, composed of a total of 25 entries CPQOLS in line with the theoretical concept, CPQOLS24 hours after the test-retest reliability was 0.968, Croabach,’sαcoefficient of 0.871, split-half reliability coefficient to 0.840, factor analysis extracted six common factor, and the cumulative variance contribution rate of 58.627 percent, the first common factor for chronic prostatitis on the impact of physical dimensions, variance contribution rate of 28.426%, the dimensions and total score correlation coefficient of 0.679-0.925 between the circles in, CPQOLS total score and SF-36 scores, NIH-CPSI’s correlation coefficient-0.722,0.827, respectively. Before and after treatment in patients with Chinese medicine has CPQOLS significant differences in scores of different disease groups, different disease groups, different age groups, different TCM Syndrome-type group of patients has CPQOLS significant difference in total scores.Conclusion:CPQOLS are reliable, effective, sensitive, characteristics of Chinese medicine at the same time, accurately reflect the quality of life in patients with chronic prostatitis the connotation of chronic prostatitis can be used as clinical tools for evaluation.
