Research background:Sequela of pelvic inflammatory is the most common gynecological disease. The result is long-term chronic pelvic pain, infertility, ectopic pregnancy and a series of family and social problems. With the development of society, in recent years the incidence of pelvic inflammatory disease had the obvious rise trend. Western medicine currently no specific and effective treatment, the most important is prevention. Physical factors has important significance not only in the pathogenesis, but also for the prognosis of disease nature, course length, disease is disease and outcome. Therefore, this study attempts to explore the relationship between the sequela of pelvic inflammatory disease and the constitution of traditional Chinese Medicine, in order to prevention, reducing the recurrence rate and improvement the treatment effect.Research purposes:The attack, morbidity tendency and the development of disease, and physical factors closely related to the constitution. This research tried to investigate the constitution of sequela of pelvic inflammatory disease, analy the correlation between the sequela of sequela of inflammatory disease of disease, syndromes, then combined with the experience of the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease, Inorder to grasp the predisposition conducive to individualized diagnosis, correct biased physique, and prevent the occurence of disease、development, and provide reference for diagnosis and treatment of Chinese medicine and in the standard "preventive thought of preventive treatment of disease".Research method:According to the "guidelines for new drug clinical medicine "the Ministry of health has promulgated in2002, and the standards of pelvic inflammatory in the "treatment of sexually transmitted diseases" formulate by CDC in2006, screening of inpatients and outpatients in120cases as case group, and120healthy women as control group. The case group and the control group were filled in the testing table promulgted by the China Association of Chinese medicine of TCM constitution. Then we get the constitution,and then we analyzed the results,and the conclusion.Research results:1、There was a significant difference between the patients with sequela of pelvic inflammatory disease and health women in constitution. Healthy women are mostly in peace constitution and Qi stagnation constitution, well, patients with sequela of pelvic inflammatory disease are mostly in Yang deficiency constitution.2、Based on this study and the experience of the treatment of sequalea of pelvic inflammatory disease, we should think highly of yang qi during the treatment of the disease.
