| Objective To study the quality about Chinese medicine treatment of endometrial c arcinoma articles. And to study the influence of Chinese medicine decoction Lian hua tang to the human endometrial carcinoma in the nude mice and the mechanism by investigating th e expression of tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs) that mediated by the signal path of TRL4/MyD88.Methods Collect the clinical research literatures related to EC treated by Chinese me dicine in Chinese biomedical journals, then analyse and summarize them. Establish nude mou se transplantation tumor model by Ishikawa cells, and gave them different treatment respec tively. Measured the tumor on time and detected the tumor by Elisa and Pcr methods.Results Detect4articles were eligible, the total number of cases are278,and relete d to38Chinese medicine. The tumor formation rate in progesterone group was lower than t he other three groups and the rate in the control group was the biggest. The expression of TRL4and MyD88were significantly more in the control group than that in the other three groups (p<0.05), but there was no significantly diffidence between the progesterone group and the two groups that were given by decoction.Conclusions Domestic about the document of the Chinese medicine treatment of endometr ial carcinoma reported quality is generally low, the lack of large sample, multicenter, ra ndomized, controlled, double-blind, placebo parallel clinical trial. For virtual medicine, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis drugs, clear heat, qi drug commonly us ed to treat the disease, a common drug for astragalus, codonopsis, angelica, broiled, tuck ahoe, liquorice, white flower snake grass amomum villosum etc. And Lian hua tang really ha ve antitumor effect at the genetic level, its mechanism may be associated with TLR4/MyD88mediated tumor associated macrophages. |
