Objective:Observational study on the traditional physical cooling and add services Xiaochaihutang after two sets of test objective observation and evaluation of their near and long-term clinical efficacy and safety, discover Xiao Chai Hu Tang in the treatment of tendon allograft transplantation after ligament reconstruction non-infectious fever, clinical efficacy, and clinical application of the method to provide reliable evidence based medicine. Methods:Collected before February2012July2013cruciate ligament injury in40cases, to take a simple randomization, the cases were randomly divided into experimental group (20cases) and control group (20cases). Experimental group with physical cooling of the warm sponge bath based on the add services Xiaochaihutang control group were treated with simple, physical cooling of warm sponge bath. Into the group by test pilot daily5hours (6:00,10:00,14:00,18:00,22:00) measure and record temperature, observe daily to the highest attainable temperature, time to peak and return to normal body temperature, until the end of the (12days) of the observation period. And verification of patient care records, records of patients from admission to the preoperative body temperature.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS16.0statistical analysis software to calculate; All statistical tests were two-sided test, P≤0.05will be considered to test the difference was statistically significant, p≤0.01for a very significant difference; measurement data using both mean±standard deviation (mean±SD) for statistical description, the two groups before and after treatment using analysis of variance (oneway ANOVA) and t-test analysis, heterogeneity of variance using non-parametric tests; frequency count data (composition ratio) descriptive statistics, the two groups before and after treatment using the chi-square test or non-parametric tests. Results:The two groups before the end of the observation period no cases of depigmentation.①Test group comparison between body temperature and the baseline of the observation point in time:the peak of the fever is about38.02°C, occurs in the first three days of the enrollment; into the group after the first1to5days, body temperature and baseline comparison between statistically significant (P<0.01); into the group after the first6to12days between the body temperature and the baseline was not statistically significant (P>0.05).(2) Control group between body temperature and the baseline of the observation point in time comparison:the fever peak approximately38.09°C, occurs in the first three days of the enrollment; into the group after1-7days, body temperature and baseline were compared statistically significant (P<0.01); into the group after the first eight days, between the body temperature and the baseline was statistically significant (P<0.05); in the9to12days after enrollment, body temperature was not statistically significant (P>0.05) between baseline and.(3) The temperature in each time point and baseline difference between groups:into the group after the first1to4days, the difference between the two sets of body temperature and the baseline was not statistically significant (P>0.05); into the group after the first five days, the difference between the two sets of body temperature and baseline groups was statistically significant (P<0.05); into the group after the first6to7days, the two groups group of the difference between the body temperature and baseline comparison was statistically significant (P<0.01); into the group after the first eight days, the difference between the two sets of body temperature and baseline between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05); in the9to12days after enrollment, the difference between the two sets of body temperature and baseline group comparison was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:①Two methods are valid, non-infectious fever treatment allogeneic tendon graft after ligament reconstruction can reduce body temperature.②Postoperative fever peak there are three days in the beginning of the heat, the test group was the highest temperature is about38.02°C; control group of approximately38.09°C maximum temperature.③Postoperative fever duration of the test group average fever for five days, the control group, the average fever for eight days. In the experimental group than the control group to reduce the duration of fever.④Two sets of in postoperative fever1to4days after the cooling clown. there is no significant difference; test group in5to8days after the fever cooling, the temperature decreases more significantly, the cooling effect is better than control group, which is particularly evident differences of6to7days; the heat generating section9to12days, the temperature have been restored to the normal range.
